Entry 2 in Seth Stevenson's Slate diary details his excursion to that famous Thai tourist attraction, the ... penis shrine.

How did I manage to miss this one when I was in Bangkok?! Although, I guess that might not have been the trip for it anyway. That was the trip I took with my dad. It was weird enough walking through the night market, being urged to visit the sex shows. (As Seth notes in Entry 4, "Pingpong, banana" is indeed a disturbingly familiar refrain there.)
