Sep. 16th, 2012 01:07 amI found a disadvantage to the Merrell Glove barefoot shoes. They are ruining me for other shoes. My trusty old Keen MJs now feel like big ol' clodhoppers.
I stopped logging food on MyFitnessPal, but it was a useful exercise (ha) for a week or so. I found out what I should be eating to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I got a pocket pedometer to get a sense of my level of physical activity, since I hear that 10,000 steps a day is recommended. And it turns out I'm doing 1/4 to 1/2 of that in a typical day. So that's not good, but my plan is to increase my walks from half an hour to over an hour, and make sure I take them every day.
